Korea Content Trade Association Launches Official 'Global PR Video Center'

The Korea Content Trade Association officially launched the 'Global PR Video Center' on September 1 to support domestic institutions and corporations in overseas public relations and global market expansion.

The Global PR Video Center operates as an online platform that provides multilingual video production and localization services. This enables local governments, public institutions, forums, associations, and businesses to effectively deliver their existing or newly produced promotional videos to international markets.

To lower production periods and cost burdens compared to conventional multilingual video production methods, the center utilizes the proprietary AI cinematic technology of its technology partner, iFlix. It comprehensively provides translation, subtitle, and voice services essential for global public relations.

The supported languages encompass a total of 40 languages, including English, Chinese, Japanese, Arabic, as well as major languages of Southeast Asia and Europe. Institutions and companies can localize a single promotional video to fit the languages and cultural spheres of various countries, allowing them to utilize the content across diverse overseas markets.

Moving beyond ordinary subtitle translation, the center focuses on enhancing the delivery power and completion quality of videos by combining AI voice and cinematic technology. Through this, it produces global promotional content applicable in various fields such as overseas exhibitions, export consultation sessions, tourism and investment briefing sessions, international forums, product promotions, and institutional introductions.

An online quotation and order-taking system has also been established. Users can apply for customized estimates on the official website of the Global PR Video Center by attaching existing promotional video files or video links, and entering desired languages and production purposes.

Received projects are systematically managed through the stages of 'reception, review, quotation issuance, contract, production, and completion.' Dedicated memo functions and a stage-by-stage status management system were applied to enable efficient tracking of progress from commission to delivery.

The production process proceeds sequentially through online reception, analysis of video length and target languages, calculation of AI cinematic application scope, quotation issuance and contract confirmation, production of multilingual translation, subtitles, and voices, followed by final inspection and delivery.

The website is designed with a responsive interface accessible in both desktop and mobile environments. Accessibility and user convenience have been enhanced so that institutional and corporate representatives can check services and apply for estimates regardless of location and device.

Through the opening of this center, the Korea Content Trade Association plans to alleviate the burdens of institutions and companies that have experienced difficulties in overseas public relations due to production costs, time constraints, and a shortage of professional personnel. It also aims to support outstanding domestic contents, products, and services in being introduced more effectively to the global market.

The center plans to expand its service areas moving forward to encompass tourism and investment attraction videos for local governments, policy promotion materials for public institutions, international event videos for associations and forums, and product and brand introduction videos for enterprises.

Jeong Hyo-jin, Chairman of the Korea Content Trade Association, stated the policy of reinforcing the overseas PR competitiveness of domestic institutions and businesses and backing substantive global market expansion by combining AI video technology and multilingual localization capabilities centered around the Global PR Video Center.

Service usage and quotation inquiries can be requested through the official web and mobile homepage of the Global PR Video Center. Detailed information can be verified through the secretariat of the Korea Content Trade Association or the quotation inquiry window within the homepage.
